So What CAN You Eat, Round 2

I'm not only back from Alaska, but I'm back to show you several more yummy and healthy meals that we have had the pleasure of eating. Several of these dishes were created on the fly with ingredients we had on hand - I think all the Masterchef episodes we've been watching have inspired us to be more chef-like at home. :)
